Training

Trainings are available through the Core EAP on a fee for service basis at rate of $250/hour.  If you are interested in scheduling a topic from the Options in Learning guide, please complete the training request form and return it to your Account Support team.  Please allow 25 business days from the date of the request to schedule a training.

EAP Overview (Recording)

The EAP has a community of experts to support employees confidentially, plus perks and digital resources to help with work-life juggles and struggles. The program offers employees and their household members a variety of resources, tools and services to make life a little easier. In this training, employees will learn the details of their EAP benefits, how to use them and different methods of access. Download and share the employee handouts from the “Flyers” section below.

Through the EAP, your staff and household members have access to 3 counseling sessions per year, as well as Financial Wellbeing, Legal, and Identity Theft Resolution services, and much more.  To help you promote these services, the below suite of flyers may be shared with your staff to provide more details on the program and individual services.  As a reminder, when accessing services please use “Principal Core” as your company/organization name.

How to use your monthly materials and special campaign assets

The monthly Momentum campaign keeps your staff engaged with fresh, relevant and timely topics. Consider these best practices for sharing the materials with your staff:

  • Email files directly to staff
  • Post files to your organization’s intranet or other staff portals
  • Print and post or distribute files in high-traffic areas such as break rooms and cafeterias
