Youth Support

Magellan’s Youth Support Resources

Why Supporting Youth Mental Health Matters

Mental health challenges among children and adolescents are on the rise. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, approximately 46% of adolescents aged 13–18 will experience some form of mental disorder, with anxiety disorders being the most prevalent. Nearly two-thirds do not receive the support they need.

Magellan’s Employee Assistance Program provides your employees and their family members with access the right resources for emotional wellbeing.

Digital CBT Programs:
ThinkHeroSM and ThinkWarriorSM

  • ThinkHeroSM — Children ages 6–12, teaches coping skills, emotional regulation and problem-solving through interactive, age-appropriate content.
  • ThinkWarriorSM — Teens ages 13–17, helps manage anxiety and stress while building resilience and self-confidence.

Both modules are part of Magellan’s Digital Emotional Wellbeing Program, powered by NeuroFlow.
