Core Communications and Resources
Thank you for choosing Magellan Healthcare’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We support your leadership, management and employees with workplace support, training and life enrichment services.
This site contains all the things you need to communicate about Magellan’s EAP throughout your organization. If you have any questions, please contact your Magellan account manager.
Resources to Support your EAP
Trainings are available through the Core EAP on a fee for service basis at rate of $250/hour. If you are interested in scheduling a topic from the Options in Learning guide, please complete the training request form and return it to your Account Support team. Please allow 25 business days from the date of the request to schedule a training.
The EAP has a community of experts to support employees confidentially, plus perks and digital resources to help with work-life juggles and struggles. The program offers employees and their household members a variety of resources, tools and services to make life a little easier. In this training, employees will learn the details of their EAP benefits, how to use them and different methods of access. Download and share the employee handouts from the “Flyers” section below.
These flyers are designed to inform employees about EAP services, by topic and how to access the EAP
Through the EAP, your staff and household members have access to 3 counseling sessions per year, as well as Financial Wellbeing, Legal, and Identity Theft Resolution services, and much more. To help you promote these services, the below suite of flyers may be shared with your staff to provide more details on the program and individual services. As a reminder, when accessing services please use “Principal Core” as your company/organization name.
